built initial basic HTML structure and CSS
after fumbling around with the design for a while i implemented:
+ title, logo, navbar, speech bubble container, footer with socials & copyright and my pixel avatar (art not done yet, i'm actually drawing me sitting at a desk, but this version is all you get for now)
